Angel Food Pancakes?

What the f*&k is an Angel Food Pancake you ask? Read on.....

We tried to be a little healthier and chose Angel Food instead of Funfetti Cake Mix for our cupcakes. At the time, we didn't know what a healthy choice this was. These turned out so despicable that we couldn't even choke them down smothered in cream cheese icing. This is saying a lot for us, considering we will eat anything covered in sugar. At least they weren't a total waste, because the dogs didn't seem to mind our cupcake fail. 

Disclaimer: There was a cupcake recipe on the box that we followed. Obviously their meaning of cupcake is the textbook example of a pancake......
